Multan: Customs completes re-examination of seized container

MULTAN: Multan Customs Intelligence and Investigation have done the re-examination of seized container of grocery, garments of Chase up Mart Company.

Multan Customs Intelligence and Investigation have done the again examination of the seized container to check the differential difference in the import of items recovered during action. During the rechecking of seized container loaded with grocery, garments it was revealed that the customs duty was also revised from one million to worth Rs.1.6 million.

Customs Intelligence and Investigation have checked the container again to eliminate any flaw during the assessment of goods in the container.The container was loaded with almost 5 million goods and it was seized in Sadiqabad region near Kot Sabzal.

Customs Intelligence and Investigation have reviewed the customs duty after the submission of invoices from the importer Ali Muraad Siddique in that seizure.

Owner of the seized container has shown willingness for the payment of customs duty as the seized items were dutiable.
