GWADAR: The Customs officials, posted at Turbat International Airport, have seized smuggled mobile phone sets and other foreign goods worth Rs 6 million.
According to the Customs authorities, 548 costly handsets and other items were recovered from three suitcases during checking of cargo, at baggage hall of Turbat Airport. No one came forward to claim the ownership of the mobile phones, they added. A case under Customs laws has been lodged and efforts are being made to arrest culprits, the Customs authorities added.
