Lahore: Customs court adjourns hearings as judge on leave

LAHORE: The hearing of cases could not be held in Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court Lahore as the judge was not leave.

Taxation court on Monday adjourned all tax-related cases and now they will be heard on Tuesday, if the judge is available.

As per the details, Customs Taxation and Anti Smuggling Court Lahore Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana could not attend the court on Monday due to some unknown reasons.

Dozens of cases were scheduled for hearing, which were adjourned by the court for the next day.

It is important to mention here that Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana was recently appointed as special judge at the Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court.
