ISLAMABAD: Customs Court Rawalpindi judge Sheraz Kiyani accepted petition filed by M/s TCS against Smartzone.
Earlier the court directed to release Chief Executive Officer of TCS Saqib Hamdani and three other persons. After this M/s Smartzone filed a petition in court against the verdict of the court. It is necessary to mention here that Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigation also decided to file petitions in Islamabad High Court against the verdict of court.
Prior to this TCS and M/s Smartzone also approached Customs Adjudication and other relevant forums.
