Customs Court approves physical remand of accused involved in ACs smuggling case

LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling handed over accused Majid Ali to Customs Investigation & Prosecution team for two days more for interrogation in a case of smuggling of huge quantity of air conditioners.

According to details accused was produced before the court by customs team where they asked for extension of his physical remand for three days but the special judge of customs court Khaqan Babar approved his two days physical remand.
