Customs Court declare an accused proclaimed offender on not appearing in court

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has declared an accused Syed Munir Hussain proclaimed offender on not attending the hearing since long.

Special Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana has declared Sayed Munir Hussain Shah resident of Pind dadan Khan District jehlam proclaimed offender and directed him to appear before the court within ten days.

It is important to mention here that a case against Munir had been registered under Section 156 and 178 of Pakistan Customs Act 1969.
