LAHORE: Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Judge Ch. Ameer Muhammad Khan has approved pre-arrest bail pleas of two directors of Abdullah Sugar Mills in tax evasion case.
As per details, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) had detected tax evasion of Rs 80 million by M/s Abdullah Sugar Mills on import of machinery from different countries. After investigation, the FBR submitted petition against the directors of the said mills.
The two directors of Abdullah Sugar Mills namely Zia Mustafa and Raza Mustafa approached the customs court for pre-arrested bail which was granted to them.
