Customs Court grants two-day physical remand of online money changer

LAHORE: The special court of Customs Taxation and Anti Smuggling has issued two-day physical remand of owner of a freight agency.

According to details available to Customs Today a case was registered against the owner of fright.com under Section 14,9 (1) of Article 156 of Pakistan Customs Act 1969 and under Section 12 (12) of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act of Pakistan.

Customs Intelligence team asked court for seven days physical remand of the accused for further investigation, but the court granted only two days of physical remand.
