LAHORE: Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard has 15 different cases which were scheduled for hearing, including pre-arrest bail pleas and recording of statements of the witnesses.
The special court has adjourned many cases until the next hearing. The Customs Court adjourned pre arrest bail pleas of M Sadiq in tax evasion cases. He was wanted in tax evasion cases of Gujranwala.
The cases scheduled for hearing on Saturday were related to tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics. A case of narcotics against Wasif Ali was also adjourned. The court also proceeded on statements of witnesses on three different cases on the day.
