Customs Court hears 16 cases on Friday, adjourns all of them

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling proceeded on 16 cases on Friday and adjourned all of them for the next dates.

Special Judge of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana adjourned many cases, including cases of smuggling and taxation. A number of cases had to be adjourned because their parties were not present in the court during the proceedings. The court has also adjourned some cases because Customs Intelligence and Investigation could not present proper and complete challans of these cases.
