LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 27 important cases on Wednesday and issued necessary directions as well.
There were 27 cases were scheduled for hearing. These cases include tax evasion, Customs, smuggling and narcotics. Cases of smuggling were also a part of the day’s schedule in which Court recorded the statements of the parties. In some cases Customs Court recorded witnesses and issued necessary directions.
In a case of smuggling Customs Court rejected bail plea of the accused up to next hearing of the case.
Cases of Sambrial Sialkot, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Lahore were already heard on Monday in the Court.
