LAHORE: The Special Customs Court of Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 31 cases on Wednesday. The special federal court adjourned all the cases and gave new dates for their hearing.
Customs Court of Taxation and Anti-Narcotics Court Lahore Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana adjourned many cases, including those related to smuggling and taxation.
A number of cases were adjourned due to absence of parties in the court, and because the Customs Intelligence and Investigation officers failed to present proper and complete documents and challans in the court.
