LAHORE: On Thursday, Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti- Smuggling heard 32 cases. The Special Court has adjourned many cases up to next given dates and issued necessary directions as well.
Number of cases were adjourned as the litigants were not present during the court proceedings. Court has also adjourned some cases because Customs Intelligence and Investigation could not present proper complete challan of the cases. While hearing of other cases also adjourned to other dates including smuggling, customs and taxation cases.
