LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 33 cases on Tuesday and adjourned all of them until the next date of hearing.
Lahore Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Special Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana heard cases of smuggling and taxation.
The court had to issue new hearing dates for a number of cases in which the parties did not appear before the court.
The court has also adjourned some cases because a complete challan against the accused was not presented by Customs Intelligence and Investigation officials. The court has ordered in all the 33 cases to present more arguments in the next hearing.
