ISLAMABAD: Rawalpindi Customs and Excise Special Judge Shiraz Kyani has issued arrest warrant for Col (R) Irtazaz Bashir in a Rs15 million tax fraud case.
Col (R) Irtazaz Bashir, is husband of Farzeen Irtazaz who is the owner of famous fashion brand Rani Emaan.
Directorate General of Intelligence and Investigation-Inland Revenue got registered an FIR in Special Court of Customs and Taxation against the accused when he found guilty during the investigation of sales tax fraud by Rani Emaan.
The judge issued arrest warrant for the accused for not appearing in the court and asked the investigation officer to present Irtazaz after arresting him.
