Customs Court issues final notice to alleged smuggler

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has ordered a suspected smuggler, Mashooq Ali son of Wahid Bukhash, to appear before the court within 30 days otherwise he will be declared as proclaimed offender.

According to the details, Mashooq Ali is a resident of Muhallah Khwaja Ghreeb Nawaz Grid Station Road, Vehari and is allegedly involved in smuggling.

The Customs Court summoned the accused repeatedly but he did not appear before the court. A case was registered against the accused by the Multan Customs Intelligence.
