Customs Court issues non-bailable arrest warrants for three suspects

MULTAN: The Special Judge of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrant for three suspects nominated in a vehicle smuggling case.

As per details, Special Judge Nazir Ahmad Gajana has passed order of non-bailable arrest warrant. All the three accused were nominated in the FIR no.5/2012 in the charges of smuggling and they were not attending the court hearings in this regard.

Three accused Syed Ghulam Dastgir , Muhammad Rahim and Asad Khan resident of Quetta, Passeen and Zhob respectively were involved in the smuggling of Toyota Corolla X vehicle and they were arrested red handed.

Anti-Smuggling Organization has arrested all three accused after an encounter in the attempt of smuggling.

The case was adjourned for further hearing till 17th August.
