Customs Court issues non bailable warrants against superintendent I&I

KARACHI: The Customs Taxation & Anti-smuggling Court judge Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi issued a show cause notice against Superintendent Intelligence & Investigation-FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) Quetta due to non-compliance of court’s order.

According to the show cause notice, case no 129/2016, FIR no 2181DCI versus Syed Manzoor Hussain & others was fixed for hearing for execution of non-bail able warrants against Muhammad Javad son of Muhammad Aziz but case could not be proceeded as Investigation Officer Syed Mohsin Ali has submitted status report and stated that warrants of arrest was sent to the superintendent, Intelligence & Investigation-FBR Quetta for execution of the same accused but you failed to reply his letter nor sent any intimation, therefore, case could not proceed.
