LAHORE: The Special Federal Court of Customs Taxation and Anti Smuggling has ordered a suspect, Abdullah, to appear before the court within 10 days otherwise he will be declared as proclaimed offender.
Sources told Customs Today that Abdullah, son of Shahza Khan, who is resident of Khyber Agency, was wanted in a smuggling case. The Customs Court has sent many summons at his residence but he is still absent from the court. Now the Court of Chaudhay Ameer Muhammad Khan has issued a final notice, directing him to appear before the court within ten days otherwise he will be declared as proclaimed offender and his property of any kind moveable or immovable will be seized.
A case was registered against Abdullah in Customs Intelligence Lahore.
