LAHORE: Special Judge of Customs Court Chaudary Ameer Muhammad Khan approved physical remand of six accused and handed them to Customs Investigation team in tyers smuggling case.
According to details accused Hazrat Ali, Shahnawaz Khan, Noor Ahmad, Abdul Waheed and Khaleel Ahmad were booked by the Customs Intelligence team from Bund road area of Lahore in alleged smuggling of tyres of different vehicles worth in millions of rupees.
Customs investigation team after initial investigation presented them before the special federal court of Customs Taxation and Anti smuggling where Judge Ameer Muhammad Khan approved their physical remand for three days for further investigation.
All of the accused will be presented before the court again on Monday for further prosecution.
