LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has rejected a bail plea of a suspect who was wanted in a non-duty paid vehicle case.
According to the details, a case was scheduled for hearing in which an accused, Arslan Malik, was available in the court seeking pre-arrest bail. The Customs Court after hearing the arguments of both parties rejected his bail plea. Accused Arslan after decision of the court fled away.
Accused Arslan Malik is a student of University of Engineering and Technology and wanted in a case of smuggled non-duty paid vehicle case that was recovered from his possession by the Customs Intelligence.
Now, the Customs Intelligence has started searching for the accused to arrest him.
