Customs Court declares alleged smuggler as proclaimed offender

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling has declared an alleged smuggler as proclaimed offender, as he did not appear before the court despite repeated notices were issued to him.

Earlier, the court had issued warrants for Abdulah and asked him to appear before the court within 10 days otherwise he would be declared as proclaimed offender, but he did not attend the hearing.
