Customs Court to decide acquittal plea of Ayyan Ali today

ISLAMABAD: Customs authorities are optimistic that Special Customs will reject acquittal plea of Ayyan Ali while on the same day she will be inducted in money laundering case.

Sources told Customs Today that Customs authorities version is according to law and defence counsel of Ayyan Ali Sardar Latif Khan Khosa has failed to convince the court. Even during last court proceedings, Judge of Special Customs Court Rana Aftab Ahmad  commented after arguments of Sardar Latif Khosa that “you taught us lessons about Islam and Shariah for two days.”
