KARACHI: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling will take up 27 cases related to custom matters, including smuggling, taxes, etc. on Wednesday.
According to the cause list, 20 out of 27 cases were fixed for formal hearing. In normal hearing cases, eight cases belonged to the accused Kaisaf Khan and others, nine cases of accused Abdul Haseeb and two cases of accused Muhammad Saleem and others.
Five out of overall 27 cases were fixed for prosecution evidences against accused Farooq Aziz and others, Abdul Rasheed and others, Sattar Ahmed khan and others.
Remaining two cases out of 27 cases were fixed for confirmation of bails of accused namely as Waseem Aziz and others and Malik Aziz Ahmed and others.
