FAISALABAD: Custom Court Judge Faiz Rasool Rashdi has adjourned the hearing of bail application of accused namely Noman Rafiq who is involved in 16 cases of mis-declaration.
On Saturday, during the hearing, the court was informed that one of the investigation officers, Javad Khalid, will not attend the court due to his illness. The counsel for the Customs Departmental submitted that the accused/ applicant is booked in 16 cases of mis-declaration. Therefore, he is not entitled to be released on bail.
The court issued notice to Investigation Officer Javad Khalid and called the relevant record and adjourned the hearing for Monday.
