Customs Court will hear 18 cases today

KARACHI: The Special Court of Customs, Taxation and Anti-Smuggling will take up 18 cases related to custom matters today (Friday).

According to the cause list, five out of 18 cases were fixed for formal hearing of the accused namely Javad Akhter and others, Khudadad and others, Mohammed Ali and others, Kashif Afzal and others and Mohammad Hanif.

Seven out of overall 18, cases were fixed for prosecution evidences against accused Asad Qasim, Tayyab Ahmed Gaba and others, Abdul Ghaffar, Syed Asif Abbas Zaidi and Mohammad Amir.

Remaining six cases out of 18, cases were fixed for confirmation of bails of accused namely Mohammed Tahir and others, Ghulam Hussain Ibrahim and others, Mohammed Shakeel Lali  and others,  Shah Mohammed Lali and others, Mohammed Saleem and others, Haji Mohammed Shafi and others.
