Customs Court will take up 25 customs & income tax related cases on Monday

KARACHI: Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-smuggling judge Syed Faiz Rasool Rashdi on Monday (today) will take up more than 25 customs and income tax related cases.

According to the cause list, regular hearing, prosecution evidences and confirmation of bail applications were included in these cases. Th customs court office has already issued notices to the parties and investigation officers for attending the court on Monday (today).

While two division benches of the Sindh High Court (SHC) also will take up more than 95 customs and income tax related cases on Monday (today).

According to the roaster bench comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Rasheed Ahmed Soomro and another bench comprising Justice Irfan Sadat Khan and Justice Muhammad Humayon Khan will conduct the hearing of these cases.

According to the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) office intimation notices also were issued to the both sides’ parties for attending the court and SHC also has directed the parties to file rejoinders before the courts.
