LAHORE: The Customs Preventive has detained a non-customs paid Toyota Land Cruiser. The market value of the seized vehicle is Rs 16 million.
Official sources told Customs Today that on the information of Assistant Collector Dr Adnan Khan, ASO superintendent Munawar Khan with the help of Inspector Sajad Bukhari and others intercepted a Toyota Land Cruiser model 2012 in Defense area.
It was said that the vehicles was being driven by one Arslan and when the ASO officials intercepted and demanded clearance documents from the owner, he failed to produce anything. The ASO team detained the vehicle which was valued at Rs 16 million.
It was added that a case has been registered while further investigations are still underway.
