KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation through Valuation Ruling No 708/2015 has determined the Customs values of milk power under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969.
The Customs values of skimmed milk powder (in bulk packing) from the origins of Newzealand, Australia, West Europe, Canada and USA having PCT Code 0402.1000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 0402.1000.1000 has fixed at US$2.60per Kilogramme. The Customs values of skimmed milk powder (in bulk packing) from Iran Origin having PCT Code 0402.1000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 0402.1000.1100 has fixed at US$2.00per Kilogram.
The Customs values of skimmed milk powder (in bulk packing) from other origins having PCT Code 0402.1000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 0402.1000.1200 has fixed at US$2.50per Kilogram.
The Customs values of skimmed milk powder (in retail packing up to 5Kgs/pack) from the origins of New Zealand, Australia, West Europe, Canada and USA having PCT Code 0402.1000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 0402.1000.1300 has fixed at US$2.85per Kilogram.
The Customs values of skimmed milk powder (in retail packing up to 5Kgs/pack) from the origin of Iran having PCT Code 0402.1000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 0402.1000.1400 has fixed at US$2.25per Kilogram. The Customs values of skimmed milk powder (in retail packing up to 5Kgs/pack) from other origins having PCT Code 0402.1000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 0402.1000.1500 has fixed at US$2.75per Kilogram.
Furthermore, the Directorate General of Customs Valuation has determined the Customs values of instant milk powder with vegetable fat (in bulk packing) from all origins having PCT Code 1901.9020 and 1901.9090 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 1901.9020.1000 and 1901.9090.1000 has fixed at US$1.80per Kilogram. The Customs values of instant milk powder with vegetable fat (in retail packing up to 5Kg/pack) from all origins having PCT Code 1901.9020 and 1901.9090 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 1901.9020.1100 and 1901.9090.1100 has fixed at US$2.05per Kilogramme.
