KARACHI: The Model Customs Export has issued show cause notice to M/s Bilal Enterprises involved in tax evasion.
The Customs Export officials told Customs Today that it is the 10th show cause notice sent to the company based in Liaquatabad in October. Official said that M/s Bilal Enterprises is involved in the tax evasion of Rs 235,000. The said company had cleared its consignments of aluminum sheets by misusing PST.
It revealed during the audit of the company it misused the PST and did not deposit its original tax amount. Therefore now the departments issued show cause notice and warned it to contact with department concerned with the receipts of clearing consignments otherwise department take strict action against it.
