Customs Faisalabad seizes Toyota Vitz car‏

FAISALABAD: The Customs Intelligence and investigation field unit Khushab has seized  non-duty paid Toyota Toyota Vitz car. The market value of the seized vehicle is Rs 800,000.

Sources told Customs Today that Director Khushab Customs Intelligence Mrs Azmat Tahira received a credible information about the smuggling of the said vehicle.

After receiving information, Director Customs constituted a special team comprising Malik Javeed (SIO), Ch Muhammad Saeed, Muhammad Saleem, (IO), and with Muhammad Tariq, Muhammad Ashraf Qureshi (sepoys ).

The Field Unit of Khushab seized Toyota Vitz car bearing registration no. B- 3422 Bannu.  Model – 1999 near Dullywala district Bukkur, and asked its owner who was identified as Aurangzab Khan son of Muhammad Mobin who is a resident of Mandi Town tehsil and district Bukkur  to produce legal documents regarding possession of the vehicle but the owner failed to provide the same. Customs authorities seized the vehicle and registered a case against the owner.
