Customs foils bid to smuggle antique, counterfeit statues

ISLAMABAD: The Model Customs Collectorate Islamabad has thwarted an attempt to smuggle antique/ counterfeit statues at Benazir Bhutto Airport Islamabad.

According to details, the Model Customs Collectorate Islamabad received an information that an attempt to smuggle antique/ counterfeit statues would be made through Turkish Airways on flight no. TK-711 bound for Istanbul from Benazir Bhutto Airport Islamabad.
