KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Intelligence and Investigation (I&I) Enforcement dispatched a report of contraband items to the Directorate General Customs Intelligence and Investigation (I&I) Islamabad.
According to the source, the Directorate General Customs I&I directed the Directorate General Customs Intelligence and Investigation (I&I) Enforcement Karachi to submit a report of the contraband items recovered during the last month.
The report regarding the raids and details of the recovered smuggled goods during the last month was to be submitted to the Directorate General of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Islamabad till last Friday, said the source.
The source also informed that the Director General Customs Intelligence and Investigation Shaukat Ali wrote letter to the officers of the Directorate General of Customs Enforcement directed them to send the required reports.
On the directives of the Director General Customs Intelligence Shaukat Ali the Directorate General of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Enforcement dispatched the reports of the contraband Items recovered during different raids of three zones, East, West as well as Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, the source added.
