Customs I&I to hold auction of NDP goods, vehicles on 28th

LAHORE: Directorate of Customs Intelligence and Investigations (I&I) will hold auction of non-duty paid goods and vehicles lying at State Warehouse on December 28, 2018.

According to the details, huge quantity of non-duty paid goods which includes Siemens brand generator, iron drums, plastic tarpal, new nature tubes, used picture tubes, Sony brand LED digital, Samsung LED colour, foreign origin LED TV casing front/back, CKD condition, foreign origin curtain cloth, LED TV 20”, foreign origin BOPP film roll, cotton cloth, cut pieces cloth, ladies polyster cloth, new roller bearing, new ball bearings and new auto greary.

Goods also included new tyres with tubes, used auto chassis frames, foreign origin auto scrap, iron scrap, ladies wrist watches, men wrist watches, Rolex, child watches, artificial jewellery, foreign origin cordless phone, digital phone, air freshener Viceroy, shaving gel, aluminum foil, tower speaker, drawing items, stationery items and floor mats.

While Mercedez Benz, Toyota Progress, BMW, Honda Civic, Honda Accord, Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Marx-X, Jaguar X, Toyota Crown vehicles will also be offered for auction.

General public is advised to bring their original copy of Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) to participate in the auction.

Sources told Customs Today that customs I&I authorities are optimistic that they will generate handsome revenue through this auction.
