Customs, Inland officials asked to submit details‏ of personal assets

LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has asked Customs Service and Inland Revenue officers to submit details of their assets with the revenue authority, sources said on Thursday.

As per details, chief collectors, chief commissioners, collectorates and directorates  generals have been asked to order all subordinates to exhibit their assets details and submit it to the FBR.

Sources said that the last date for submitting the assets detail is August 15, 2015 and any officials failing to submit the details will have to face departmental proceedings.

The chiefs have been asked to strictly order the subordinates in all collectorates and RTOs to ensure action in this regard.
