Customs Intelligence acquires new land for establishment of their office

MULTAN: Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan Range Office has purchased land for the establishment of new office building.

According to details, Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan is performing their administrative responsibilities currently from Raja Pur office near Multan Bypass. The existing office of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan is performing their official tasks in the rental building where they are facing dearth of land and they need big place for handling their routine tasks.

Customs Intelligence and Investigation searched out different places for the establishment of their new office building and they have also selected two lands for their new office building in Multan. Customs Intelligence and Investigation is performing their official responsibilities in the rental building from last one decade in Multan.

Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan acquired 22 kanal and 12 marlas of land for the establishment of new building of Customs Intelligence Office at Mati Tal Bosan Road. The office of the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan will be shifted to the new premises after its construction due to less space available for their routine duties.

The newly purchased land will comprise of State Ware House for seized goods and vehicles and these goods will also protect smuggled goods from bad weather to avoid devaluation. Customs Intelligence and Investigation will also build residential places for the accommodation of their staff and officer in the new building.

The Federal Board of Revenue departmental working committee has approved the proposal for the purchase of new land after comprehensive discussion to construct new office of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan.

Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan will start construction very soon for the setting up of new official building.
