Customs Intelligence impounds 31 non-duty paid vehicles in July-April 2015-16

LAHORE: The anti-smuggling unit of the Customs Intelligence and Investigation impounded 31 non-customs paid vehicles worth Rs 6.3 million during July-April 2015-16.

According to details, the non-customs paid vehicles were seized from various areas of Lahore, including Ravi Road, Model Town, Defence, Gulberg, Iqbal Town, Shahdara and Ferozpur Raod.

The seized vehicles included Mercedes, Toyota Lxus , Toyota Hilux, Mercedes Benz, Mitsbushi Pajero, Honda Accord, Honda Civic, Toyota Crown, Toyota Progress, Toytota Mark-X, Toyota Corolla-G , Toyota Vitz, Toyota Premio and others.

The vehicles were seized on the instruction of Director Customs Intelligence and Investigations Saud Imran Ahmad.
