MULTAN: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation has impounded a Hino Truck worth Rs 3.5 million on customs duty default.
During checking of vehicles, the Multan Customs Intelligence intercepted a truck which was coming from Quetta. The officials asked the driver to show documents regarding the customs clearance of the vehicle but he failed to produce the same.
Therefore, the Customs Intelligence impounded the truck and warned him to provide the original documents as soon as possible. The owner was asked to produce further supporting documents of the truck but he neither provided any documents nor appeared for the clarification.
