Customs Intelligence impounds non-duty paid Honda VTI from Township

LAHORE: Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation Lahore (Customs) Car Cell on Monday sized non-customs paid Honda VTI from Township, sources told Customs Today here.

Sources said that the car was intercepted by Customs I&I Car Cell led by Inspector Muratab Mushtaq at Chandni Chowk, Township. The sources said that the owner of the car, Laiq Butt, a resident of Allama Iqbal Town, failed to produce any documents against the VTI car which he was plying without number plate.  The sources said that the customs authorities after being fully convinced seized the car. It was said that the car was of 2002 model and its value was estimated Rs 1 million.
