Customs Intelligence impounds non-duty paid Suzuki sports motorcycle

ISLAMABAD: The Directorate of Customs Intelligence and investigation has impounded a non-duty paid Suzuki sports motorcycle worth Rs 762,507.

As per details, the officials of the Customs Intelligence intercepted a bike rider on Peshawar highway and asked the owner to show documents regarding the vehicle registration and customs clearance.

The person concerned remained fail to show such kind of documents on which the officials impounded the sports motorcycle considering it a smuggled one under the prevailing customs laws.

The Suzuki sports motorcycle bearing chassis No JSIGN 7BA922101389 was shifted to the office of the Customs Intelligence, while FIR has been registered against the accused person.
