Customs Intelligence impounds Toyota Hilux, Honda Accord

LAHORE: The Customs Intelligence and Investigation has impounded two non-duty paid vehicles, including Toyota Surf Hilux from Sundar and Honda Accord from Bahria Town.

Sources told Customs Today that on secret information the Customs Intelligence intercepted a Toyota Hilux Surf bearing Registration No SP-5874 and impounded it due to non-availability of customs clearance documents.

The team also intercepted another vehicle Honda Accord bearing Registration No HQH-282 near Talwar Chowk, Bahria Town, the sources said, adding that the customs authorities impounded the vehicle have started investigations.

The crackdown against smuggled vehicles has been intensified following the instructions of Director Saud Imran.
