Customs Intelligence to organise farewell party for DG Imtiaz on Oct 4

ISLAMABAD: The Directorate General of Customs Intelligence and Investigation has planned to organise a farewell party in honour of Director General Imtiaz Ahmad Khan, who is going to retire from his service on October 4.

The party will also be arranged on October 4 here at the directorate to hail the services of Imtian Ahmad during his tenure.

Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Nisar Muhammad Khan, Customs Member Nasir Masroor Ahmad, Chief Collector Sarwat Tahira Habib, Collector Arslan Subuctageen, and other officers from Karachi, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Quetta, Peshawar and Gilgit-Baltistan will be attending the party.

DG Imtiaz is currently head of Customs Intelligence and Investigation, while he has been played an important role while serving the FBR. He is also known as best and industrious officer in the board. He has also been working for the welfare of his staff.

Under his supervision, the Customs Intelligence made record seizure during anti-smuggling campaign and saved national exchequer from losses of billions of rupees.
