Customs Internal Audit to scrutinise record of Multan Customs

MULTAN: The Customs Directorate of Internal Audit has directed inspection team to complete audit of Model of Customs Collectorate Multan until November 27, 2015.

The record of Multan Customs for fiscal year 2013-14, 2014-15 and current year will be scrutinised.

Director Muhammad Akram Chaudhry has nominated three officials of Internal Audit to inspect record of Multan under the audit plan.

The nominated officers are Assistant Director Saima Zaib Butt, Superintendent Nasir Tarar and Auditor Naeem Haider. Audit team will discuss the strategy to achieve the revenue target assigned by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Furthermore, they will inspect the record for allocation/disposal of confiscated /tampered vehicles record during the audit for the economic year 2015-16.The inspection team have been directed by Director Muhammad Akram Chaudhry  to discuss the inspection report with the Additional Collector Ghulam Mustafa of Multan so that view point of the collectorate may be considered before the issuance of inspection report.
