Customs issues duty-schedule for Eidul Azha holidays for import clearance

KARACHI: With an aim to ensure smooth clearance of import cargo during Eidul Azha holidays, the Pakistan Customs issued an office order in which it assigned the tasks of different customs officials to be available to facilitate importers.

According to schedule issued for Model Customs Collectorate (MCC) Appraisement West for Thursday, Javed Hassan, Principal Appraiser, Asad Masood, Appraisers Abdul Kalam, Muhammad Siddique Zia, Nadeem Ahmad Khan, Sheikh Zahid Aziz, Iqbal Waris Khan and Shair Khan would be available at the Assessment and Review Hall of Customs House to facilitate the trade and ensure timely clearance of import cargo.
While, Principal Appraisers Syed Muzzafar Ali Rizvi and Abdul Qayyom and Appraisers including Aftab Iqbal, Syed Riffat Ali Zaidi, Salman Bukhari, Ali Murad Ansari, Muhammad Khalid and Khalid Pervez would be available for the importers on Friday i.e. Eidul Azha.
