Customs JIAP redistributes work among PAs, AOs with immediate effect

KARACHI: Collectorate of Customs Preventive redistributed work among principal appraisers and appraising officers with immediate effect and until further orders.

Principal Appraiser Sardar Amin Farooqui is assigned duty at Assessment (ICG/DHL – WeBoc); Assessment & Examination (One Customs), Bank Guarantees, Refund, Audit Paras (Internal/External), law cases, recovery and reserve price fixation. Principal Appraiser Ejaz Akhtar is assigned R&D and Post Release Verification (PRV).

Appraising Officer Ashique Ali Memon is assigned AFU-assessment, law, audit, refund and R&D. Appraising Officer Naushad Ali is assigned Examination at PIA and Shaheen Sheds.

AO Hasnain Haider will also perform his responsibilities at Examination at Gerry’s Shed and R&D.

Appraising Officer Abdul Saboor Kakar will also perform his duties at assessment- Immediate Clearance Group (ICG) (WeBOC and One-Customs), Law and Audit.

Appraising Officer Muhammad Ali is assigned new responsibilities at Examination at ICG/DHL shed (night shift). AO Zulfiqar Ali is assigned Examination at DHL shed (day shift). Appraising Officer Shakir Ali will also perform his duty at Examination at ICG (day shift) and Airline Bonds.
