Customs law branch decides 42 cases in September

KARACHI: Customs House law branch disposes-off 42 cases during the month of September, 2015. Deputy Commissioner law branch Mehvish Shah told Customs Today that average of these cases exceeds in September as compared to previous months.

She said that majority of new cases were decided in September while law branch all finalized 12 pending cases. She urged concerned parties to follow their cases. She told this scribe that during the month of August 30 cases were concluded.
