ISLAMABAD: The leave period of Afnan Khan, a Pakistan Customs Service officer of BS-18, to pursue studies under Chevening Scholarship will be treated as duty/deputation.
In pursuance of Establishment Division’s O.M.No.9/2/2014-T-III, dated 16.12.2015 and in partial modification of Board’s Notification No.1354-C-II/2013 dated 08.06.2013, the leaves from December 16, 2015 to September 09, 2016 will be treated as duty/deputation.
According to the Board’s notification, the performance allowance (equivalent to 100 per cent of basic pay) admissible to the officer will remain discontinued during his leave/deputation period.
