No other officers has yet been appointed to Customs Adjudication as her replacement, due to which all case under the supervision of Eram M Amir have been transferred to Peshawar Adjudication Additional Collector Karam Elahi for hearing. As many as 14 cases have been transferred to Peshawar Adjudication out of which seven are of Customs Intelligence.

The transfer of these cases to Peshawar created problems not only for the applicants but also for the customs officials, as they will pay all the expenses to go to Peshawar from Islamabad for the cases. Moreover, they will also face problems in taking the witnesses along.
