MANAMA: A ceremony was held today in honour of government establishments which achieved 80% of the e -customs clearance system (Horizon).
The event was held under the patronage of Customs Affairs President Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa. The honourees included the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Supreme Council for the Environment, the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and the General Directorate of Traffic.
The Customs Chief welcomed the guests and thanked them for their ongoing cooperation as part of the promotion of community partnership to promote Bahrain so as to rank among developed countries. The ceremony included a presentation on the system and the e- license. The event was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Regulatory Authority, General Director of traffic and government officials.
