Customs Preventive collects Rs 12.6b as duty/taxes in March

KARACHI: The Model Customs Collectorate Preventive collected Rs 14.158 billion under the head of dutu/taxes during outgoing month, March 2016.

According to official statistics, the Customs Preventive collected Rs 2.623 billion under the head of customs duty, Rs 10.153 billion as sales tax, Rs 1.043 billion in wake of income tax and Rs 336.98 million as federal excise duty (FED).
